Well I had a fun day. Broke down on the way with a main relay melting, jimmy rigged some flotsam on the side of the road into a wedge to lock the relay closed and got to the track. Then arrived late and no garages, thankfully Peter and Patrick let me squeeze my gear between theirs. Which wound up being an awesome spot to park as me, Patrick and Simon just got to talk turbo's and go racing together all day. Managed to overheat and destroy my brakes but switching the relay in and out meant it didn't overheat

. The wilwoods are definitely not enough brakes for a turbo mx5 with an 11.0" rotor... I've destroyed the XP12's completely in 2 trackdays and the friction rings have huge cracks all through them.... very very glad I didn't do the last session.
Thanks to all the officials for running a great day. Was plenty of tracktime for a huge number of competitors. Great catching up with Vic's too, lots of very fast times for people unfamiliar with the circuit.
