More of a metal discussion than an actual modification...
Is it possible to use the ECU (PS1000) to control the fuel pump(s) so when at idle they just 'tick' over?
My understanding is that I could wire up the surge tank & in tank pumps to separate SSR's and then use DPO's to control the SSR's. I would then use a generic table to control the pumps?

Jay car sell some SSR's that would also need to have heat sinks as the amount of amps that they can handle drops off significantly as they heat up (100 amp up 35°and 28 amp at 80°).
Received a well timed email http://www.williamsraceservices.com.au/heat-protection/, whilst this stuff is expensive it maybe perfect for use on the underside of the boot.
