Believe that Performance Wheels (who have a Minilite style), that were at Dandenong, Vic have set themselves up again, in this time in Edwardstown SA:

Have seen their ads for wheels on Gumtree from time to time:

Appreciate you've indicated you're not interested in coloured Minilite style 14x6 4x100PCD wheels, but there's currently five 14x6 4x100PCD wheels with tyres for sale in Nowra NSW area , except they're gold with polished silver lip:

Paint or powdercoating is cheap if you can't find exactly what you want.

The performance "superlites" I believe are ironically named, they are a reasonably heavy wheel. The Watanabe wheels in the same style will be closer to what you want, but more expensive. There are a few dealers in Australia, Otomoto in Parramatta is one dealer I would be happy to recommend on past experience with their service.

No irony, just a marketing ploy to include what appears to be the word "light". Like "Hi-Power"

Forum member "The Darkside" bought a new set of Superlites a couple years ago which were reasonably priced. He's parting out his car so send him a PM if he's willing to ship interstate, although I think he bought 15" size.

I bought originals (14 x 6) for my BMW 2002 Tii for around $200 per wheel including delivery from the UK (about three years ago from Jaymic). I had to order them, so delivery took about two months. These are the base wheel and weigh around 6.0 kg each.

To my surprise when I bought an MX5 they fitted perfectly. So, when I restore the BMW I will have to buy a second set.

I have had a number of sets of superlites, the minilite is a lighter product that looks better than any of the copies (my opinion only).

Good Luck

Andy

Want to keep with standard size wheels....with legal off-set

Don't want to increase rolling dia
Don't want to increase unsprung weight (reduce if possible?)

Happy to wait....not in a hurry

Hoping to buy locally....but looks more likely I'll have to import from overseas myself

Thanks for Help....;)
