Not uncommon for one of the two rear passenger (usually) side brake pads to stick & rub after applying a handbrake, which is used infrequently.
Might just be the slider pin that needs greasing, but more likely the adjuster on the caliper has seized, all of which is not helped by the handbrake cable not being fit & adjusted correctly initially.
For a temporary fix, remove rear passenger (usually) side wheel - if you still have the original wheel brace to remove the wheel nuts, use this or a similar tool, to carefully prise the sticking pad away from the disc.
The original wheel brace has a useful curved wide end which helps with prising it away - from under the car you might be able to do it without removing the wheel, but you'll probably find it's the outer pad that's sticking & rubbing, so it might be necessary to remove the wheel for better access.
