Assistance with swapping diff bushes SE Melbourne

Anyone able to "assist", bearing in mind my input would be mainly handing over tools and beers?

I did this once. Not a fun job. From memory, I drilled a bazillion holes into the rubber and pulled them out.
You shouldn't need to swap out the OEM ones anyway. My "SE" has all OEM bushes throughout.
I never noticed a difference with them changed.

I used a puller orientated to 'push' on one side (required a piece of 7x30mm flat bar to spread across the back of the bush for the puller to push on). It was then a case of using a drift to tap on the lip of the bush until it broke free.

The flat bar began to fold itself in half before the bush moved, and I was worried that it was going to break the alloy carrier.

I then installed urethane bushes, and was thence forth able to hear every harmony uttered by my semi slicks. Even with my helmet on.

Take to them with a blowtorch. Do so in a well ventilated area. They will burn horrible fumes.

You guys are so destructive! I just propped mine up and a few hits with a punch around the outside metal sleeve and they popped out mostly intact.

Dave, seems like you need a jack hammer/air chisel to do it the smart way:
