I've experienced the inverse of this.

My old car had factory brakes etc, on the original tyres (195 width very average economy tyres) it would stop fine and lock the front first.

I later put on new wheels, with wider, and much better tyres (215 width Toyo Proxes4)
I could brake a lot harder without locking up.... in actual fact, I could no longer lock the fronts... the car would just nosedive more and more until the back end was light enough that the rears locked first.

(note: that's threshhold braking, obviously I could still lock up by stomping on the brake pedal)

OK, here's the lowdown from Andrew:

Trackspeed duct kit $169 - plenty in stock
Singular 2.5" duct kit $199 - 2 sets in stock
Singular 3.0" duct kit $214 - 3 sets in stock

shipping $130

Since he's got the Singular kit in stock...I'm going 2.5"

1. Apu - 2.5" singluar duct kit
2. Dweezle
3. Lokiel
4. Ausbouy

Magpie...would you be interested in joining in?

Dweezle, Lokiel and Ausbouy - I have PM'd you.

Hmmm it does not seem worth it then.
That sux.

Shipping is only $59 if i order directly which if we split the $120 3 ways doesnt save much.

Sorry mate.

Appreciate the effort you went too though.
I think i will just do a big order from Andrew and have the brake kit included in that.

If that's the case then we might as well call this off - it will work out more expensive for Lokiel then as he will have then have to pay for shipping within Australia.

Lokiel - can you PM me your bank details and I will transfer the money back to you.

Hmm, this is starting to sound like a Nigerian scam :P

- yeah, no worries, and thanks for the legwork - organising Group Buys can be painful.
