I saw those tucked away Patrick and thought they were for the Capri!!
Looking at similar alloys for my 86, need to go wider!

Patrick, how many do you need? I have a few spare nuts you can have. I'll be in car #30.
Cheers,

Awesome Day.
Last session my Renault did a French trick and just shut the engine down after the FishHook, i think even the car said enough was enough with the Heat.
Luckily after rolling the car all the way back to my parking spot and checking for anything obvious it just started up again. I think the Coilpack might have had enough after 110000ks and 3 sessions in a row in that temp.
Had a few other funny little moments throughout the day including this one.
Many thanks to all who organised and ran such a successful day.
In this heat it must not have been pleasant to be a Marshal today but i am glad you guys did it.
Can not wait for the next one.
Where are all the pics???
PS- Was anyone else slower than normal today??

Awesome Adam!!!
Now i really do want one.
Really Smooth movements it has too.
Was expecting some "buzz" in the shot but could not see any.
Was that footage processed or raw from the GoPro?
Amazing how clean the shots look when the actual Chopper pans or cranes compared to when you mechanically Pan/Crane the GoPro.
No shots of the Clio?????

Thanks mark
Yeah it's a good toy
Just processed through the gopro. Windows movie maker to splice it together.
I got about 1.5 hrs of footage. I'll have a quick look later. I'm pretty sure there will be some rolling shots of the Clio in there

Re: MX-5 Club Track Day - Wakefield Park - 2 Feb 2014
Great vid some very cool shots and really shows off how lush Wakefield is looking at the moment, some amazing dust clouds created today. I came out of turn 9 sideways to find a huge cloud and felt like Cole Trickle telling myself to drive through it.
I would also like to thank all the officials for another brilliantly run day, long day on the dummy grid and alike but as always it ran like clockwork
I was pretty surprised to only be a tenth off my PB considering how hot it was, first day out with the Yellowspeed 6 pots and they feel fantastic

Had an absolute ball today. Absolutely stoked with my final and best lap time. Had never imagined would get a 1:12.02 on my first ever track day. Thanks to all the instructors for all their help. And a big thanks to all the officials for all their hard work today.
