
Servos to St Albans – The long way!

Who feels like an early morning blast along the escarpment of our Great Diving Range? This challenging run accommodates everyone from baby boomers out to Gen X, Y and Z will take on some of the best “B” & “C” roads greater western Sydney has to offer. You are not obliged to follow the suggested route or stop at the regrouping points.
The proposed route starting with a 110km/h run down the freeway to Springwood for a run along the escarpment before you drop down into Richmond. From there the route heads up to Kurrajong the back way to cross the Bell’s Line before running the ridges across to the Putty Road. A quick left turn will have you heading towards some Ferry Crossings, starting with the Portland Ferry to hug the south bank of the Hawkesbury River. The route takes you north on the always fun River Road before jumping on the Webbs Creek Ferry just before Wisemans Ferry for the quick crossing. Once over the other side we will head up to St Albans to meet up with the Saturday Cruiser members for either a Brunch or Lunch of your choice at the Settlers Arms Hotel.

Summerhayes Park, Hawkesbury Road, Winmalee (10 minutes)
Castlereaigh Road, Richmond (10 Minutes)
Blaxlands Ridge Road, Just before Putty Road (10 Minutes)
River Road, Lower Portland, After Ferry crossing (till the group crosses Ferry)
Webbs Creek Ferry (waiting for ferry)
RSVP: No registration required but you are asked to express you intention of joining the run by placing your name on the list that will be posted on this thread on the Forum to help with planning.
