I'm with you Pat.

All I've done this year is two supersprints, a FoSC event at SMSP South and two club days.

Natmeet, a holiday to the US and my son's wedding took out most of the other days, so I'm a bit rusty and have been letting Ralph get away with too many wins. :P Time for a comeback. :D

Got myself registered :)
I'm assuming my CAMS license will be enough to race in this..
I've also got to organise accommodation..
I'm looking into accommodation on the track.. if that falls through I'm sure theres cheap motels around...

I'm in. Way too many distractions this year.
Last weekend got me inspired again

Can't do this one. Back from NZ on the Friday and leading the Mexican Breakfast run on the Saturday, so will be knackered. And work will want a piece of me on Monday.

Looking forward to the next track day in 2013.

But to everyone who is going, have fun, stay safe and get some PB's.

My attendance is currently under negotiation :D

I will be at Wakefield the previous weekend so too is pushing the limits of my leave passes - although there is some talk the whole family may come down. Hope to make this one seeing as I also missed the last one.

I intend this to be my first track day with my MX-5!

So far I have
-Joined the MX-5 Club
Am waiting on a membership number to register for the track day (earlybird wanted)
-Filled out a cams L2S form (I can use this for both EC and WP right?)

At the bottom of the L2S form, there is a section that gives a 30 day licence, in case the official one doesnt get mailed on time. It needs to be signed by a car club representative. If it doesnt get mailed on time, can I just rock up to Wakefield with just the slip and get a representative to sign it?

Also, in terms of scutineering, I have a battery which is too large to fit the bracket, I have secured it into place with heavy duty cable ties. Is this adequate or do I need a battery that will fit the metal bracket?

Cheers
