I only lived a few hundred metres from the Club for so many years it isn't funny and now I can almost see it from my new place, just across the bridge.

well looks like it will be a pretty good turn out.

Make sure you head right into the back of teh carpark, near teh river, just for a bit more atmosphere

Bad news, my wife is sick as a dog so I gotta stay home (once I actually get home from work) and look after her for a bit

But then I have to pop over to my folks' place in Blakehurst anyway after dinner so I'll swing by the club for a cheeky brewski if there's still cars there. Might be able to hear the cheers and beers from my folks' balcony LOL.

And a good time was had by all.
They kicked us out at closing time after an evening of introductions and reminisions, a good feed and a responsible tipple.

The information that was shared regarding MX5s in general was amazing!

I'd strongly suggest that this become a regular monthly event, maybe the 2nd Wed each month.

If something can be coordinated so that we have an alternating schedule between the North Sydney Fish&Chips and the South Sydney Steak&Mash then that would be a great start.

How about...

South - Every 2nd Wed.
North - Every 4th Wed.

Count me in for the North Side gig ! Even the Waverton Bowlo - has a good parking area out the front and at night is empty. Would have to get the numbers up to ensure they stay open but the view is awesome. Just an option.
