Yes it is a 5 oclock start from Naremburn . Head off to Lithgow on the Bell s line rd, Then make our way to Rockley thru Tarana. Try and find a breakfast around there . Be back at noon for lunch.

Hate to miss an early run but I made arrangements to go on a long bike riding on Sunday morning last weeknd to aviod the road closures for the CIty to Surf. Have fun on some awesome roads.
