not sure if im #17 on the list

but im hoping to make it to the meet point and a quick run up to the mountains then back to Syd

fingers crossed ill be driving the little yellow thing...the 1960s MX5 :)

Just burnt out the coil on cylinder 1 so only running on 3 pots until Monday until I can buy the new one. Needless to say, I'm a no show tomorrow, so please post lots of pic's so I can see what I missed out on this year. 2012 is my turn

Well did the first half hour up the mountain in the AW11. Good mix of cars, I think less than I had seen before but noticed a few joining in on the way.. MX5s outnumbered all the others easily . Hope to do the full run next year [fourth time lucky?]

Had fun, thanks to all concerned for organising everything. I fell off the back at Bathurst on the way back (damn traffic lights) but Bells Line of Road was mostly clear and a dream run until the obligatory jam on the way down. Only saw one copper on the way back as I was topped the ascent out of Lithgow, hopefully no dramas there :)

Great images Tim. 8) Tim drove his nice Red NC with the top down. Deos anyone know the driver of a red NA,the sole MX-5 with a hard top and "Hammer" across the back window. :wink:

coming from a person who didnt even turn up :P

lol.

Its hard to remove the hard top on your own. I've seen the damage a hard top can do to the car by people who've gone and removed it on their own. I dare not temp faith.
