The 15x7 & 15x7.5 have just finished production. MX5Centre should have their shipment late December.
For maximum performance from a given radial tire, you want to choose a wheel that is equal to or slighter greater than section (casing) width. Not to be confused with tread width. If steering response and ultimate grip is not as important as ride quality, choose a narrower wheel. For low to mid speed handling and grip, 225/45 on the 9 is fastest. For a near stock power level car on very high speed road courses, some times a 205/50 on an 8" wheel will provide the same lap times as a 225/45 on 9 but the 205 on 8 will have a tad more top end speed and be a better wheel to wheel race combination. Past about 140whp or so, the 225/45 on 9 wins our regardless of track or road.
The car in the pictures is my daily driver. 95 with 01 bottom end, ported BP4W head, AEM (about 155whp with catalyst), 6 speed, Xida Club Sports on and of course, 15x9's with Hankook RS3's.
