Red NA west bound on the Kilmany Flyover (Princes Highway, west of Sale) at 0845 hrs this morning. Top down and driver wearing black cap with orange MX5 logo (extra points?)....popped up headlights as a salute.

Galaxy Grey NC on Frankston Freeway near Springvale Road at 1740 hours. Young brunette driving conservatively in in drizzle and greasy conditions.
Every time I visit the metro area I marvel at the patience of people who tackle stop start peak hour driving every day.

Great weekend for driving with this glorious warm autumn light and sunshine. On trip to CBD and back via Peninsula Saturday saw "Gluey" white NB turning from Punt Road on Richmond Hill at 1425 hrs top down enjoying the weather. Presume the plate refers to this particular MX5's adhesion through the twisties.
20 minutes later saw a nice silver SE in Dudley Street West Melbourne and later at about 1600 hrs saw a well loved (judging by the presentation) red NB turning from the Moorooduc Highway at Frankston.... but points deducted for top up.

This is fun isn't it....a bit like BP Spotto when we were kids!

It was a lovely day for a cruse up Marysville way, the elm trees were dropping their leaves, very nice.

Spotted a dark (it was in the shade and moving quick) NB, top down, heading out of Yarra Glen on the Eltham - Yarra Glen Road around midday ish. Waves exchanged

Another NB, top up, heading into Healesville from the Black Spur just after midday ish. Waves exchanged

An NC, top down, with a pair of ladies on board, heading into Yea on the Whittlesea - Yea Road at about 2:30 ish. Confused looks :roll:

Also a bit of good news, the Whittlesea - Yea Road between King Lake West and Flowerdale is back to a 100 km/h zone most of the way.

Spotted Kent on Friday night, Bourke Rd Camberwell. You were following me up the hill before you passed me and then turned into a side street (St Helens I think). You would not have known it was me as I was in the family car (Silver X5 with HTH number plates).

Also spotted a silver SP with a silver hardtop turning into Epworth hospital on Bridge Rd. I have seen the car a couple times there so he must a local.

Was a ripper day down here in Tas yesterday.

Saw a few 5's so I thought I would post em in here in case they are known

Saw a red NC in Launceston yesterday morning. Top on

Saw a silver and a gold NB?? coming out of Holwell road at Beaconsfield. Both with their top down. Was like a Tasmanian convoy. A whole 2 together

Saw a red NA, chrome style bar, at Exeter mid afternoon. Also top down.

If you saw me, I was the one wearing the Hawks beanie. As sunny as it was, it was a bit cold

I think 4 in one day is officially my record.
