Thanks Josh!

The original wheels were surprisingly light, and after reading about how everyone seems to not want heavier wheels I was keen to pick up the new ones and compare. Having come off the latest Mazda2 I assumed in advance that they wouldn't be unnecessarily heavy. They are definitely heavier than the originals, but I don't know the exact weight.

My first impression is that the car has a little less shudder on the nasty stuff and just feels more connected to corrugated roads. So, the ride has improved marginally and all I can think of is that there is a bit of extra weight in the corners.

When I drove to the tyre place I had one rim with it's tyre on in the boot, one behind the passenger seat and the two others in the passenger seat. The suspension does seem to like more weight in the car. Whether it's a passenger or ballast.

Anyway, I love the look of these wheels on the 5 and plan to drive on 15's for my duration with the NB. I don't mind the stock spec of the NB8A.

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Not from goodwin.

The lowest offset is +35 for 4X100 in 16"

http://www.enkei.com/spec_charts/RPF1.pdf

+35 & 215's brings it out by 10mm, not much; better then nothing 8)

Weather was nicer today, some quick snap's before work, my camera work isn't that great......

id like to fab up some pcd changing spacers... prob 10 mm at most.. just wanna see what they would look like first... heaps of people run low offsets but in 14/16s. i was thinking 17s might look a lil stupid?

Of course not Regie

They’re actually quite decently priced.

I got the 4 Toyos with 4 16*7 rims for $1400. Includes wheel balance but alignment’s on top – I got the guy to follow the specs Charlie Brown gave me anyways so he ended up spending a good 20mins on the alignment changes… well worth it ;)
