QLD Club: Motor Sport Program

What a day,
Booked in at 8am for a wheel alignment, and stood there looking at the rain pi&&ing down.
Oh well, I'm halfway to QR so off I go.
Get there to be greeted by a car park covered in water but the sun was shining.

4 groups in all and off we go on the clubman circuit, only problem was some were trying a bit hard :roll:

and I think I'll win best oppsy!! of the day cause BOAGS ( the judge) was right there and I mean right there to judge me!!! and boy he has big eyes. :lol:

The water course certainly added some excitment to the day, even a certain True Red NC went plowing ( thinks he's a bloody farmer)

Did the lap times drop?? well one certain poofy blue NB was lapping at R spec times on road tyres :shock:

, top effort mate!!!

Well I'm absolutely stuffed but had a great day, so to all who organised the day and the flag volunteers a big thank you!!

BTW, if I worked it out right I actually improved my Clubman times by 1.4 seconds, gotta be happy with that :wink:

Championship will be announced tomorrow. Podium positions have had a change as of yesterday...

Well BOAGS,

if you ain't gunna tell everyone the results I will,

1st to Rocket Roy in his NC, Won the biggest trophy and a day out with The Enforcer.(lucky bastard)

2nd to ..................................................................ME!!

And 3rd to Dave.

So after 7 trackdays, it all came down to the last track day,

Dave and I swapped places !!!!

So thanks to all who organised the events and I can't wait till next year!!! :lol:

so now Terry you are going to blame your good luck on your new suspension. good to see that all your research and patience payed off. Its too easy to take the quick way out. I'm really happy with my new shocks and springs but i wouldn't say they are the ducks nuts. just as well us old guys have understanding wives. we must get together and talk a bit of bullshit and have a few beers soon . good on you mate.
