That is seriously sexy..
However, I've got this habit (well, I think of it more a skills training exercise) of lightly scuffing the inside tyre on the kerb at the apex of roundabouts when having a spirited drive... It's not enough to wear the sidewall or unsettle the car, just to allow me to know exactly where each front wheel is...
But with tyres that low profile, and (to my eyes) having a rim slightly too wide for the tyre - I'd have horribly scratched rims within a week. How would a setup like that look after hopping the kerbs during a track-day?

So, you're doing this at speed and when you do it wrong what happens? Sounds a little bit dangerous to me
