Found these rims :D :D I like

Anyone have any idea how heavy they are?

They're Speedy Fusion 15x6.5 8 Hole

not sure what the offset is either

mmm might go back to those speedy fusion rims now which is 1.5kg heavier each corner than stock

since theres nothing in my budget thats light and i like

Check out the Lenso wheels from Tempe.

They have quite a few good looking rims that are light, and now that Tempe are importing them, they are also quite cheap.

I put these ones on my SP.
