I would assume most cars do have the rusty-looking hub.
As for a quick-fix, painting them is not a big chore.
Jack up the car, remove wheel, mask/protect surrounding areas, spray the paint, allow to dry, replace wheel, jack the car down.
repeat 3 more times

Paint them even overspray gets swept away clean by the pads when you stop.

A can of high temp paint is like 9 bucks
every ounce counts

There was a post recently on painting hubs. Inspired by that and the ordinary appearance of my hubs I purchased VHT brake paint in a spray can- picked silver and it looks sensational. Process in brief/ remove wheels 2 at a times/remove rust on hubs with wet and dry/ mask very carefully / paint . I like to take my time and preferred to leave the paint overnight before refitting the wheels. I think that silver is the best colour- it does not look to \" bling\" but you can readily see what a difference it does make. PS you do not need to remove the calipers but mask them carefully

perhaps get the brake shields that go on the other side of the hub, the ones meant to slow/stop brake dust getting on the wheels.

won't get rid of the rust but will make them unseeable.
