NC swaybars queries

I'm trying to research replacement front and rear sways for my 2007 NC.

I've sussed out some adjustable Whitelines, but need to know the cars current standard front and rear measurements in order to see how much stiffer the gain will be. What are they at the front and rear measurements in mm?

Also, very keen to hear from anyone who has front + rear Whitelines in their 2006+ NC, and opinions on handling after having them fitted.

I installed some hollow bars from MX5PartsUK onto Kuntry Kuzzins NC. He was pretty happy with the outcome. I think there's a post about them on the forum somewhere. The new bars were heaps lighter than the factory bars and were beautifully made.

Stock bars are 21.1mm front and 12mm rear

Whiteline adjustables are 24mm front and 16mm rear
Set on softest settings (ie same arm length as the standard bar) the fronts are 71% stiffer and the rears 215%

When I spoke to Whiteline they couldn’t tell me how much stiffer the bars were on the other adjustable positions.

On the road I’m running the soft (71% stiffer) position on the front and the middle position on the rears.

Would you say these two would reduce body roll significantly?

...also, those adjustments you mention 71% + 215% are massive changes. Does that make the car skiddish or chattery? Is the car still predictable? There must be some negatives, what are they?

Reduces body roll remarkably.
Allows quick changes in direction while maintaining maximum control.

Downside. Cramps in the face from smiling too much. :D
Slightly and that's only slightly, firmer ride. You'll be lucky to notice a difference.

I think this is THE best mod for the NC.

On top of these two, does a front tower brace add anything?

Just out of interest, with the sways fitted; if less body roll is generated does that mean you are likely to have the DSC cut in less because the turn is will be smoother/more predictable?

I had those bars made for him, I also fitted the rear one, The bolt snapped due to my over tightening, not that the bar was to big, I have done a few NC's now with 16mm and 18mm rear bars, I have since sorted out the issue with him.

lesson learnt for me about rear NC sway bolts.
car should handle great now though after being repaired.

Sorry mine doesn't have DSC, so I'm not qualified to comment.
I would say though that the DSC cutting in later would be the last thing I'd worry about compared to the improvement in handling.

I doubt that it will make much difference. The DSC only intervenes when it detects a 'slipping' situation and not body roll. If the car starts to lose traction or slips, regardless of how much body roll, the TC/DSC will activate.
