fuse problem

hey guys,

here are the details, im having a few problems with this 1 fuse.

its the fuse the handels the indicators, fuel guage, oil temp, ect.
the fuse blew about 6 months ago, i changed it, 1 week later it blew again, changed it, 1 week later it blew...

i got shitty so i changed it to the next size up
(i think factory its a 10amp fuse, then i changed it to 15amp)

it's blown 3 times on 15amps now..
any suggestions?

im guessing a short, no doubt, but anyone had this problem before? and where they found a short ect?

First thought...did you change/add something in the car around the time that the initial problem happened?

no,

nothing has been changed on the car since easter when the engine was changed.

this was a terrible idea.

the fuse is blowing because of an electrical fault, either in your wiring somewhere or one of the electrical components on that circuit. fuses are designed to protect your wiring to prevent it from melting, starting fires, etc.

take your car to an auto electrician.
