Here we go.....The NB series of cars are stiffer in the rear (and midsection) of the car and hence can take more rear spring and damper than the NA cars. The NB cars front geometry is slightly different to the NA too giving it better geometry - especially with lock on and even more so when lowered. However, the taughtness of the chassis does give the NB a tendency to slow speed oversteer which can be dialed out with a larger front bar and or shock/spring settings and or alignment settings but mostly a larger front bar. This can then induce some very mild medium speed understeer which can be countered with setup and driving style.
So, from track experience we have definitely seen each model get quicker at the track straight out of the box in a standard config (albeit thqat power has also slightly upped each time) - check the NSW club records for further proof of this. What that might also mean is that each model is more capable when modified. I'd like to think all the NB race cars are on the way to prove that this season.
