Easy to do with a hacksaw. Just cut off up to and including the first dohnut.

Sabretooth and I did it recently when we installed the lowered kings on my NA6. I am running full low on the koni's on the rear and have not had any issues so far.

Sorry no pics though.

Did you reattach the dust boot?
Shiney black one with added red bits. Member of the fart club. Now with extra doof and Sunlong. - deceased and gone to heaven

Nope. I can't see how you could, The next dohnut is smaller in diameter.
