This topic generates plenty of interest, and opinions can differ significantly.
A popular pressure for street use [including some spirited driving] is 32psi cold, for both front & rear. This is a good starting point and allows you to experiment by altering pressures +/- depending on handling characteristics.

40psi cold
on the road will shake the s**t out of your car.
We don’t go that high for track days. Anything over 41 - 42 hot, the performance of the tyre drops considerably.
Most will use 30 - 32 for spirited street driving, especially not having smooth black tops in Sydney. For the track try 36 - 37 cold and monitor the pressure after each run so as not to exceed 40 – 41.
If you look on the sidewall of your tyres you will see a warning to the tyre fitters not to exceed 40psi when setting the bead. It’s put there for a reason.

Road tyres on the road, 34 front 32 rear.
Typr R, depends what you might be getting up to, but because you probably won't generate temps 30 all round.
