Well I just got my hands on spring compressors so I can install the bumpstops myself. Now, where to get bush remover, that is the question.

I heard the mx5 club has one on loan but but 100% sure. If not, anyone know where I can buy one from?

Yes, the Vic club has a tool for member use. As a non sanctioned event some of use are hoping to arrange a dodgy day, which could include a session to replace bushes.

Btw, will installing new bushes mess with my alignment?

I'm scheduled to do an alignment right before doing my bush, so if it does change the alignment I might as well cancel it for now.

Yes I would hold off on the alignment. The way I change the bushes is not supposed to affect the alignment, but better to be safe than sorry.

I'm going to the island this Sunday with PIARC, so I guess I might hold back on the bush install. Might just do the sway bar links only and help out with Rod's full bush install. From what I've heard, it will take a full day if not more .

Yes a full bush install will take most of the day and then you will want an alignment. The car could feel quite different out on the track after all of this.....so might be better to do the Island, then do all of the bushes, alignment and then get ready for the next track day.
