DON'T FORGET!! - ROUND 4 IS A FULL DAY EVENT AT LAKESIDE
Round 4 of the MX5 Club Track Championship will be a FULL DAY again at Lakeside Park
Whilst I know this is a few months away, just a reminder for those who have to organise the day off, or, like me, organise a FULL WEEK off to recover!!
Date again is Monday 15 July 2013 - Let's make this a record day for the Club, last Monday saw a record number of entries! I managed to have NINE runs and completed 65 laps, a couple more than most due to a 'red flag' warm-up lap and getting past the lead car on the final lap surprising the marshalls who had just adjusted the sundial timing for me!!
I will get the abacus out to calculate the number of days!!

I am so getting in on this one. I was disappointed to miss the last one but didn't want to go to Lakeside before QR. Won't be missing this one.

Good move Ross, I did the same, got used to the car 'on track' at QR then did Lakeside
You can watch all you like, it's a total different story out there on the black stuff!

18 March saw 53 cars and I had NINE runs!! I'd have been happy with SEVEN!! That was with four groups and they balanced out after moving a few cars up and down - of course it will be much cooler than the last two, and my car runs much better in cooler weather

I really enjoyed it, despite being substantially slower than any one else........
Can't wait for the next one.
