The speed difference can cause some scary results though... I've caused a few people to abort off the track because they assumed I was going to hit them rather than just out-brake and keep going through the inside. Or had other people completely oblivious to you because you caught them so fast... they hadn't thought to look behind them again yet. Hayden can at-least turbo around them though :mrgreen:

Yeah me and Andrew are both out, he's still working on his car which is worse than it was the last trackday. My car is being dropped off for the engine swap Saturday. This is the first clubday I've missed since I joined the club in Jan 07.

Don't stress it, your car will be back and better than ever. Funny your mechanic is attending ;)

The groups are revised and I'm up the top of group 2. It's scary when your approaching a corner and second guessing if you have been noticed.

I'm going to be a no show - had to cancel my registration today for external reasons (and NOT frikkin happy about it). Sorry Regie will have to play at the next one when I have my headers and tune.

Group 6 for me at the back of the field. quite happy with that I just want to have fun.

Looking forward to my 2nd track day. I'll hopfully be doing better times now that I have proper tires and pads. Looking forward to just getting more seat time and getting comfortable with lines etc.

As far as the weather, of course it will be fine, there wont be any rain.....

As long as it doesn't get cancelled an hour into it like a work make had happen a couple of weeks ago I'll be happy.

If this is so, is this the first points event for club members @ a club track day?
