1 less than 2012 but a driver training day at MDTC in there as well, and as I understand it the Natmeet day in 2012 had preferred entry to Natmeet attendees. Good to see SMP back in there for a couple of days albeit back to back early in the year.

Mike was hoping to get another round at SMP South but was unsuccessful. He also dropped a date at Wakefield Park to avoid clashes with other events our Club competes in. So yes, unfortunately we're down a round in 2013. Note also that the event on 18th August is part of the CAMS NSW Supersprint Championship and is NOT included in the MX-5 Club Championship. Club members are very welcome to enter this round, and those who help out as an official at the Supersprint will receive a 50% discount on their entry fee for the 19th August trackday.

I also encourage people to enter the CAMS NSW Supersprint Championship in 2013 and help the MX-5 Club win the shield for the ninth time.

There will also be several other motorsport events that the MX-5 Club of NSW will be competing at in 2013, including the Phillip Island 6hr Regularity Relay (August), the Australian Supersprint Championship (possibly at Phillip Island in December), Festival of Sporting Cars (FOSC) race & regularity meetings, and maybe even a trip north to take on the Queenslanders at Lakeside in July. Stay tuned!
