First of all, I hope that everyone's having a wonderful holiday.

I've got quite a few car related items that i've put onto the 'i'll do it later' list throughout this year and I'm determined to get it all done before i finish my Xmas holidays (back at work on the 7th Jan)

Things such as..:

- dismount both seats and tighten up the leather seats
- dismount all the interior panels and vacuum every single gap I can find that I normally can't get to
- clean the rain drain hole for the soft top
- clean the area behind the mud flaps, which I'm sure have collected a few kgs of crap by now
- plasti dip my wheels
- fix all the squeaks and rattles around the cabin

Etc etc

Instead of going at it alone, I was wondering who else might be interested in spending a day together. We can work on our own cars and give each other a hand when required. Everyone can bring their own tools to be shared on the day, we just need to decide on a date and a venue.

You have my attention, depending on turn out my fathers factory may be suitable?

I'm back at work after NYE, weekends are free however.

I have heaps of crap built up in my guards and under body and need to fabricate a few things.

I'm in ! I'd like to give it a good clay bar and interior detail but just don't have anywhere to do it properly at my place. I'm back to work on the 7th also.

if im not working im in! need to get rid of those bugs from the front of the car

Saturday is best because nwwo one works in the complex on weekends.

I'd like to come along and Saturday 5th works for me. It sounds like a great idea. I've been wanting to give my car a good clean for a while but just don't have a suitable spot.

Sounds like an awesome idea. I've just completed my fourth day of a marathon detail -unfortunately not the Mx5 . Day five will be a full decon of the wheel arches, wheels, wax and seal and interior. Then it's off for a massage!

Like Apu I'm keen to turn up and see if anyone needs help.
