MX-5 CHARITY RUN FOR CAREFLIGHT – BRUNCH IN THE VINES – SUNDAY 20 MAY 2012

The MX5 BreakFast Club’s fourth annual Charity Run to raise money for Careflight, the charity of the MX-5 Club of NSW. This year our brunch will be at Cracked Pepper Restaurant on the delightful De luliis Winery Estate on Broke Road, Pokolbin.

DETAILS : One event with the option of three converging runs: The early BreakFast Club Run from Dural, a later Club Cruiser Run from Mt Colah and a run by the Hunter Chapter from Morisset to meet the Cruiser Run at Peats Ridge.
• MX5 Mania will provide Registration Rewards and the Lucky Door prizes.
• Cracked Pepper Restaurant is sponsoring the Odometer Challenge
• Prizes for the Charity Raffle to raise money for Careflight include luxury accommodation on the water at Pearl Beach, breakfast or lunch at the Boathouse Restaurant at Palm Beach and tickets to the Australian National Maritime Museum.

MX5 BREAKFAST CLUB RUN

Time: Sunday May 20, 2012, 7.00 for 7.30 am start.
Meet: McDonalds Dural, roundabout at intersection of New Line and Old Northern Road , Dural.
The BreakFast Club route will travel through Wisemans Ferry then along the Hawkesbury River to Spencer and up Mangrove Mountain then on to Wollombi and Broke before a final run to meet up with the Cruisers and Hunter Chapter at Cracked Pepper, Pokolbin.

CLUB CRUISER RUN

Time: Sunday May 20, 2012, 7.45 for 8.15 am start.
Meet: McDonalds corner Pacific Highway and Lady Street Mt Colah.
The Cruiser Run route will run up the F3 to Calga then through Peats Ridge to pick up the cars from the Hunter and on to Wollombi and Broke before the final run along Broke Road to Cracked Pepper at Pokolbin for brunch.

HUNTER CHAPTER RUN

Time: Sunday May 20, 2012, 7.30 for 8.00 am start.
Meet: McDonalds Morisset, corner Ourimbah & Dora Streets, Morisset.
Staying off the F3 the Hunter route proceeds via Wyee and Yarramalong to meet the Cruiser Run at Peats Ridge by 9.00am then travel together through to Wollombi, Broke and to our brunch destination at Pokolbin.

REGISTRATION & RSVP

Due to catering requirements we need to know how many will be joining us for brunch. No prepayment is required as your meal will be individually ordered off a special menu prepared for the event.
