Confirmed is Patrick and his 250 KW turbo na6 'Casper'.

For those who dont know, this car holds multiple MX5 club track records at wakefield alone, Including outright fastest ever.

This thing is a serious slick shoden beast. So if your interested, this is the weekend to come for the trip to newcastle and see it on the street.

Its SOOOOO easy to find for the syndey blokes.
Here is directions...

The black letters are mine. The bottom of the pic leads to sydney.

The 'a' is the turnoff you take
The 'b' is the newcastle link Rd turnoff.
And the 'c' is the top of the mountain.

You turn off the freeway at 'a', then turn left at the roundabout at the end of the offramp, then left at the 'Mt Sugarloaf' sign, 2 minutes up the road.

Easy as that.

Yep, it's the Cardiff exit. It's also the main Newcastle exit now as the Link Rd one has been blocked off from that direction.

Its looking to be a pretty good one this time fellas.

Its just such a great location also, perfect mx5 meeting spot IMO.

This is the road up the mountain to the carpark. Ignore the 'sugarloaf range road' at the carpark, this is a 4wding track. Its one way in one way out.

peterd raised the very good point in another thread that we haven't actually set a time for this meet. I reckon meet up midday/early afternoon and stay as long as you like. Thoughts?
