Yeap, heaps of fun but watch out for Mr Plod hiding in the shubbery just before Threadbo. A lot of the good stuff on that road has a 60kmh speed limit and it's easy to be doing well over 60kmh along there if you're concentrating on the road and not your speedo.

And the great thing is you get fined for looking at the road and not the speedo. :roll: I love how safe the roads are now.

Even better if you turn off before Khancoban and head towards Cabramurra and Kiandra. That way you miss the day trippers. Three of us did it in May, what a blast!

I did this run during november. It's simply magnificent.

Pay the toll and drive through the Kosciouko National Park. Well worth the fee :)

Im looking at driving this run in october this year. Is it safe or is it better to bypass on my way to jindy
