That is what happens when bolts are in tight places and they are only finger turn tight and haven't been torqued properly. It is an easy fix. But a fix that shouldn't have to happen.

The top one is clearly wrong, ie missing.

The bottom pic, is that the correct bolt in place even? Or is the NC odd in having some studs up through the body, and some bolts from below?

Two studs that feed up through the floor and one bolt into a captive nut.

So the noise was being caused by a front stabiliser bar link nut that had come loose and now re-torqued. Missing bolt and loose bolt on the rear coilovers replaced/re-torqued.
Noises gone...
