Monopan

A few people have asked recently about using Monopan http://www.lavender-ce.com/advanced-composite-materials/sandwich-panel-monopan/.


To demonstrate what sort of damage this stuff can take have a look at this video


The pipe made a rather large noise, however the damage was suprising...

The force bent the aluminium front edge up, it just needs to be tapped out straight with a large hammer

The damage, you can see the scrape mark. The 2 holes at the top are where one of the mount points are
