There isn't a \"wrong\" way to install the suspension, and if say they mixed up the front and rear springs there would be more like a 4inch ride heigh difference, not 1cm 
I would say, measure it properly from wheel hub to wheelarch to make sure it isn't your imagination, but also drive the car more, new springs take time to settle, and so the passenger side (ie the lighter side) might take a smidge longer to do so.
