I have received nothing but brilliant service from Mania over the past 3 years. Funny you should mention allignments as I had my NA done only this week (Wednesday) after spending a couple of hous with Dave & Simone.

When I asked Dave about wheel allignments (years ago) his respone was something like \"you can set them up any way you want\" & while that might not seem helpful at first, it is exactly right. Anyhow he pointed me to Beaurepairs at Hornsby & Ive used them ever since.

So, after having him fit me some braces to the underneath of the car I went around & had the wheels done, again.

The drive home to the Hunter Valley was flaming brilliant so say the least!!!

The trick with wheel allignments is finding someone who actually knows what they are doing & really, its not so much the \"correct settings\" but what you are going to be doing with the car. The \"standard settings\" should be available from anywhere with a machine but the question really is \"what do you want\"?

The bloke doing the allignment wanted to know if I was doing any track work, what the perceived problems were, what I was looking for, what style of driving etc.

I told him I was basically an every day driver that wanted an allignment that would not cause excessive wear but would work well then I thrash it through the roundabouts. He knew what I meant, cause thats what I got.

I drive over an hour to get to a place that knows what they are doing, I dont mind that because it is more than worth it. I wouldnt let the local blokes here touch my car with a stick!

Anyhow, my suggestion is find some blokes down your way that are really happy with where they go & have a yack with the bloke who is going to be on the spanners. Most of them wont mind you bringing it back to try something a little different if you arent completely happy.

You know, I didnt even ask because I liked what I got from last time I said rhat ;) . I could always give him a call & find out though. The other amazing thing was the price...... $60. Bargain!
