The steering wheel is fine, exactly where Mazda Japan fitted it. Take it back and get them to do it properly!

hmm yeah i didnt realise it was an NC, wouldnt do that then (i thought it was an older model  silly me)
Oh and i dont think the airbag would matter... i have a MOMO with airbag on our NA (it came with the car), the airbag section pops out with 2 bolts.

What Craig said and then take it to someone who can actually do a wheel alignment properly.

What Craig and JBT said. A good aligner will set the steering wheel in the correct position then adjust the toe to suit.

[quote="ncmx5"] they said that its done to compensate for the general slope to the left on the roads.

what a load of crap. If that was true the steering wheel would be pointed to the right, else you would be heading for the pavement.

A) Get a refund
B) Take it to someone who knows what they're doing

What Craig, JBT and Gary said.

When they did the alignment they must have had the wheel on an angle, take it back and get them to fix it. This happens all the time they should just fix it.

I'd never take my car to a generic tyre fitter to do the alignment.
