Flyin' Miata NA rear shock mounts??

Just surfing eBay and came across this.
Reading further into it, it seems this is the answer to improving the rear suspension set-up without raising the spring perch (koni's on the lowest setting with eibach springs....Hi PCMX5
).
Anyway...has/does/will anyone make something similar to this locally (and cheaper )?
