300/200 is streetable, though not with a massive margin (my springs are 280/224 and acceptable, though I might drop the rear rate slightly).

It also really depends on the damper performance (if they're Clubman Bilsteins, they're stiff!) and how much free travel remains. You might benefit from shorter rear bumpstops - ask Shaikh from FCM on the big forum.

My NA6 has the CLubman Bilsteins on it and I have just put kings on as well a few months ago...After a bit of play I only lowered it 1.25inches...any lower and the stiff Bilsteins would bottom out to easy. 1.25inches lower is the perfect setting in my opinion...gives the car a better look cause it is lower, still gives a decent spring in relation to the shocks and is the perfect height iin terms of no scrubbing or scraping cause of it being to low. Thats my 2cents anyway

I put Kings in my Clubman and it does suck around town if I don't avoid potholes, I don't think its as good in the hills as the standard springs were either. Looks a bit better though
