You can get the Eibach springs from MX5 Mania for just under $400 or the Kings I have for less than that.
The Eibach sways can be imported from Brian Goodwin Racing in the US for just under AU$500 depending on exchange rate and including import duty (if they charge you). You could also buy the springs from Brian and save on transport costs, probably end up paying only $850 for springs and bars.

There is no cross member. Stear clear of them.
Time to fit the springs is about 45 minutes per corner, you can do the bars yourself in under two hours or if done with the springs about 45 minutes total for both.
