They do directly bolt up. However, much easier getting tabs welded on yours I would have thought. Either way your going to need to get the car right off the ground for a start. To change the cradle you've got to pull the driveshafts, diff, undo all the brake lines, handbrake cables etc. That's hours of work. Welding on a few tabs is literally an hour or two max. 8)

depending on how old & used your current suspension is. the added value would be that you are getting fresher bushings with the NB subframe.

i suppose it all depends how mutch one of those rear subframe costs may save a lot of work in the process
