Thanks sliq

its the advantage of having a knowledgable father, that i can listen to.

we often discuss these things, alot of which he researched while he was building and prepairing the RX-7 12 hour cars for Mazda Australia

I have kings on mine and I think they are a little soft, but that's a personal preference. I have heard that the eibach springs are prone to sagging with time from stuff I have read on miata.net

Seeing how the AUD is quite strong atm (0.83850). i thinking its a right time to order some coilovers.

Atm im looking for some Stance coilovers.

Ive been looking around numerous US sites but havent had any luck find a good price.

Anyone know of any sites they would recommend? or another set of coilovers i should look into?

My budget's around 1k... too poor atm :(

p.s. i found a 2nd hand set of JDM Cusco coilovers (the exact model name isnt stated) going for US$586.

What do u want the suspension to do?

Track? just for looks? slightly lowered and comfortable daily driving?

Yeh for the moment the car is a daily. but i plan to track it in the future after I'ved fixed all the leaks etc.

but yeh main purpose is daily/slight lowering/slight stiffening and the occasional spirited drive.

I guess anything will be better than my NB shocks/king springs combo.

Tein SS?
But looks like you got sportmaxx wheels, and probably want that flush look, and Tein SS wont like you if you lower it too much.

HSD, G4, BC racing, are probably in your price range, with lots of adjustment, independent height and preload.
Also don't have to muck around with getting them shipped from overseas.

Yes, yes i do ... G4's can be had for $1250 via justjap.

I have no complaints so far, they have stacks of adjustment (i'm at as low as i can driveably go, and there is still 30mm of thread left)

Make one, would be good to see cars with no wheel gap.
