ive had them for a while now,

best all-round street tyre out there...

they did 128 laps of wakefield in a day and were fine ;)
great in the wet too!

Do they take long to scrub in?

Does it have lots of grip on dry roads?

Are they noizy?

How does it compare to the Bridgstone Grid IIIs that came stock with the MX5??

perfect in the dry.
i had falken RT615s and Kuhmo ecsta SPTs bre and they are better than both.

dont take long to scrub, maybe 200-300 kays of commuting..
noisy? im not the best person to judge this, but they are quieter on corners than the Kuhmos.

ive got them as well. These are great streets tyres. I had the G3's before these and comparing to the G3 these are quieter. Great tyres imo.

I had a pair of these fitted to the front three weeks ago. I run 195/50-15.

The Toyo T1Rs on the front went to the back.

My opinion so far is that they do not have the same level of absolute grip as the T1R, but the difference is small and you need to be pushing hard to notice, and this may change as I adjust the suspension to suit these tyres. They definitely have a stiffer sidewall than the T1R, but this has only been particularly noticeable over speed bumps. At normal road speeds and direction changes, IMHO you cannot notice the stiffness difference.

All considered I will buy them again when the T1Rs need replacing on the back. They offer very good value for the $$ they cost.

Just curious Rob. Not happy with the PP2's? I'm having a toss up between the adrenalins and the PP2's at the moment..

How hard were these to balance Mark? Did much weight have to be added?

The Direzza's that I have on my Starcorps had to have quite a bit added (could be more the wheels than the rubber tho - not sure)
