Goodwin, Racing Beat, IL Motorsport or Liverpool Exhaust? Ceramic coated or not? This is a road car that gets occasional track use and will always remain normally aspirated. Is a reflash worthwhile with the header upgrade?

I'd say 'yes' to both questions, but no opinion on which to buy. Reflash probably a good thing anyway, regardless of headers, and if you are doing headers presumably doing a CAI too? What about some ITBs and/or mild cams?

I ordered the IL Motorsport 4 into 1 Header. I might get them ceramic coated locally.

They went well, a little fiddly to install but all ok. Ceramic coating cost $270 extra plus I needed to buy a short o2 sensor extension from Mania.

Somebody else I know went this route which was cheaper, he's happy with them. AVO.
