Dropped a metal collet onto the radiator

Hi,

I was changing the battery today
The previous owner used a cheap battery with small terminals, so the connectors had metal collets
I push out a metal collet and it went into the radiator area somewhere ???
Where could it have gone? :?
Whats the easiest way to check where it might have gone?

I can push the radiator fan it seems to spin freely, the air con fan also spins with no noise :)

Well that was easy...
1. Jack the car up
2. Get underneath and look through the gap of the bottom plastic guard
3. Look for it between the radiator and the shroud
4. Move it to the center
5. Pry apart the plastic shroud
6. Collet falls out
7. Drive car

All done :)

Reach under the car and bang the plastic splash tray a few times. 9 out of 10 times something will fall out.

This was the 1 of 10 times, it was between the radiator and fan shroud

I usually just look and see if it's blocking a belt or fan.
If not I ignore it and let it find it's own way out
