Interviewed a Spec Miata racer in the states. Came out pretty well I thought.

Check it out here. http://chicaneculture.com/2010/02/11/tr ... sbury-usa/

The track looks so nice. Far cry from what we get here. Have a go at the exclusive club they have going. It costs US$110,000 just to join and then it's US$550 a month. Makes the $140 for Wakefiled a joke.

Another good article, well done.

I've done quite a few laps of Lime Rock in the iRacing sim and it reminds me a lot of Lakeside Raceway, especially the run onto the front straight.

Initially I thought it might be a boring track with only 7 turns in around a minute and 6 of those right handers. Seems like people enjoy it though.

cheers :)

Well, when you think about it, Lakeside only has 8 turns (including the kink in the straight) and a quick 2F MX5 can lap it in just under a minute, so there are a lot of similarities.

I think Lakeside is a slightly better track than Lime Rock though, and I doubt there are many people that would say it's boring :D
